Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, or leather hides are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
